Overview

A remote, spectacular trek to Api Base Camp (approx. 3,850m) below Api Himal (7,132m), 

through the pristine Api Nampa Conservation Area of Far-Western Nepal — via Gokuleshwor, 

Sitigaun and the sapphire Kalidhunga Lake. This region sees very few trekkers, making it a 

rare off-the-beaten-path adventure. Best season: March–June & September–November.

Itinerary

  • Drive via Gokuleshwor to Latinath (approx. 335 km, 11–12 hrs).
  • Lunch on the way, dinner en route.
  • Overnight stay on the bus.
  • Breakfast, then Bolero pickup from Latinath to Makarigadh (approx. 30 km, 1–2 hrs).
  • Start early from Gokuleshwor to Makarigadh.
  • Lunch at Makarigadh, then trek to Nali (5–6 hrs).
  • Dinner and overnight stay at Nali.
  • Breakfast, then trek towards Simar / Chirchire (5–6 hrs).
  • Lunch at Khaikot.
  • Dinner and overnight stay at Simar.
  • Breakfast, then trek to Dhauli Odar (5–6 hrs).
  • Lunch on the way.
  • Dinner and overnight stay at Dhauli Odar / Api Base Camp.
  • Breakfast, then a full day exploring the Api Base Camp area.
  • Explore Kali Dhunga Lake.
  • Ringde Pani Lake.
  • Chamelia Khani.
  • Overnight at Api Base Camp.
  • Breakfast, then descend to Khaikot (7–8 hrs).

Cancellation Policy

15 days or more before departure Free — booking amount held as travel credit
7–14 days before departure 25% of the total trip cost
3–6 days before departure 50% of the total trip cost
Within 48 hours or no-show 100% — non-refundable
  • A free date change is allowed once if requested 7 or more days before departure, subject to availability.
  • The booking amount is credited to your Payla profile as a credit note with no expiry and can be used on any future trip.
  • Any taxes or payment-gateway charges on a transaction are non-refundable.
  • Pending refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

Payment Policy

  • A 25% advance (booking amount) confirms your seats and travel dates.
  • The remaining balance is due before the trip begins — on the pick-up day at the latest.
  • Pay by bank transfer, eSewa, Khalti, PhonePe or cash at our Mahendranagar office.
  • A valid photo ID (citizenship / passport) is required to confirm every booking.
  • Group & custom trips may follow a tailored payment schedule shared at the time of booking.

Prices are per person in NPR; INR and USD are shown for reference and confirmed at the current rate at the time of booking.
