7–14 days before departure 25% of the total trip cost

3–6 days before departure 50% of the total trip cost

Within 48 hours or no-show 100% — non-refundable

A free date change is allowed once if requested 7 or more days before departure, subject to availability.
The booking amount is credited to your Payla profile as a credit note with no expiry and can be used on any future trip.
Any taxes or payment-gateway charges on a transaction are non-refundable.
Pending refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

A 25% advance (booking amount) confirms your seats and travel dates.
The remaining balance is due before the trip begins — on the pick-up day at the latest.
Pay by bank transfer, eSewa, Khalti, PhonePe or cash at our Mahendranagar office.
A valid photo ID (citizenship / passport) is required to confirm every booking.
Group & custom trips may follow a tailored payment schedule shared at the time of booking.
